Dogecoin 6H TF Analysis : A New Rally ?

As we can see, the price pumped after Elon Musk's twit which was "Tesla will make some merch buyable with Doge & see how it goes," more than 40% to 22 cents, and the price start to correct after reaching its key resistance and is currently trading in the range of 18 cents.
An important condition for the start a new rally is breaking of the long-term downtrend and Closing the price above 24 cents .
we also see that the price has broken its short-term downtrend and is pulling back to that level in 6H Time frame ...
