The DXY closed below a 50-year level

I believe the index may be in a weekly ABC correction, with a target approximately in the green circle region.

On the monthly chart, the August month-end close below a significant 50-year level appears to reflect the weakness of the dollar.

Pay attention to the upward and downward channels that are in play.
