DXY is gaining power

Dollar Index looks like it is ready to test the upper resistance at 90.80s. However, taking the current situation of the US into account, I don't think it will be able to break above that and start going all the way down to 88.55s. If it ever breaks below that, I think we will be seeing a huge blowout both in stock market and cryptocurrency market.
