As you see in the chart, US dollar index started to rise and retrace after a sharp downside move.
Currently, price has been retested the resistance level around 98.600 and is rejected three times and is moving sideways between the yellow resistance support levels.
Since we are in a downtrend, if price breaks the support level at 98.360 to the downside and closes a bearish candle below this level, we can expect a drop on US dollar towards the last major low.
On the other hand, if price breaks the resistance level and closes a bullish 4H candle above this level, in the case of making a higher high and higher low, we can expect a new uptrend begins and a rise.
