I like to see a configuration where things combine perfetly.
The combination of:
(1) Head and shoulders inverted pattern after descent,
(2) breaking an upward downward trend line,
(3) approaching a weekly rising trend line,
(4) The size of the head and shoulders pattern can certainly rise up to the descending weekly trend line,
(5) And the size of the pattern also reaches exactly a clear resistance area.
So I don't really understand fundamental analysis, there are too many contradictions to reconcile in the data: inflation is rising, but there is really no possibility of raising the interest rate any more, on the other hand, it is possible to postpone lowering it... Honestly, I can't find the arms and legs in this.
But between us - no matter how fundamental we analyze - the technical will do its thing... and "see, it's a miracle!", the technical blends really nicely with the fundamental in the end (or maybe the other way around?... :-) )
