Change in the state of delivery

A break in the market structure is a strong signal. Especially if it comes from a higher timeframe level, but how could you know that a new low will not come?

You need to see a change in the state of the delivery.
For a CSD, first look at Time, then Delivery. An example of a CSD is a price-fully filled fair value gap.

On the charts, you can see that gap was not fully filled so the BOS is low prob.'

Yes by waiting for the gap to be closed you can miss the entry at the bottom but look at this example

You can enter aggressively on the reversal or wait for the gap to be fully filled and enter on the second order block.
Which is actually a continuation entry and these are higher probability.
