The EOS bear market takes place under 3.9, so it's very likely that EOS will start its bull market soon! As EOS stays longer and more often above the 3.9 area the chance of an explosion to the upside are huge. Novogratz apparently is a major shareholder in Block One and he just put EOS on the greyscale list, indicating something big is coming soon.
