1. CEO said they are writing up the 10k as we speak to go current on OTCmarkets. She will have it in the hands of the audiotors by EOW.
2. She said the most recent 8k reflects the remaining dilution that is being used to :"reduce debt" there are no plans to do anymore at this time and she received notice from her transfer agent yesterday that the dilution had been near completion as she said TA explained " all shares have been returned".
3. I asked about updates in the direction of the company: She said they will have many updates in the next couple of weeks in regard to the future of the company and the direction they are going in, she sounded very excited.
4. She is well aware of the stock price. She knows its down today and almost by her tone seemed like she felt bad saying it has to be holders from under a penny and she even used the word "subs" because she received confirmation from them that shares had been returned. Them=transfer agent
