Ethereum upward trend line, short term consolidation

I've found it difficult to chart Ethereum for some reason. I think that's why many people rely on algorithms to trade. But after spending time the markers seem to appear. Ethereum was not impacted much by recent Bitcoin price moves. Movements seems to be upward with some consolidation in the near-term.

Bitcoin got me here, and has had its run but I feel that Ethereum represents as much or more of an opportunity at this point as Bitcoin at current levels.

It appears that we are not at least for the moment correcting. We seem to be confirming and on an upward trend from here.

We continue along a faster upward trend currently at MA50(hr). While the MA200(hr) is following a slower upward trend.

The longer we can hold the current upward trend channel, the more likely we will 'step up' to the next lower trend level for our test and resumption up.
