Crucial point for ETH/BTC to declare whether it's going to rise to the top of its long-term channel or reverse and continue the Winter 2018 downtrend. This is a 1 day view. My suspicion is there will be a breakout to the upside given the recent momentum, bullish EMA cross, and relative strength of 
ETHUSD relative to 
BTCUSD. But no reason to take a position until a breakout in either direction is confirmed.
