ETH/BTC forming an interesting pattern

I believe that, since btc.d is increasing, eth/btc parity will first go down to the nearest support line. After that, if we see some bearish signals from btc.d, I have high confidence that along with "ETH on CME Futures" news, we will see an uptrend on eth/btc. If it reaches 0.030 strong resistance level before CME news on 8 of February and breaks out of it, I believe that eth will moon and break ATH. However, if doesn't reach that level, we might see a huge pullback from there.
