Eth can`t break through 205 dollar resistance line

Eth couldn`t break through the 205 dollar resistance line last couple days. has tested it mutiple times. Bitcoin is up by quite a big margin, not sure why ether isn`t following. it`s stil pretty uncertain, stil bearish
