Possible short term head and shoulders breakout

Finally some bullish numbers today. Possible head and shoulders breakout at the start of the Chinese New Year (Feb 16th, which can last two weeks). I feel this may just be short term bullish move. Litecoin is posting huge gains today on the news on their "LitePay" and it seems this is bringing new life and money into the market. Only time will tell but it's still nice to see coins in the green again. Market still bearish IMO; was hoping to buy on the dip again. Still hopeful another major buying dip may be in the works before the end of February. Chinese New Year celebrations ending at the end of the month so hoping most of the major bull moves come first week of March. Have popcorn ready. This is not financial advice. Good luck to everyone.
