RSI diverenge in ETHUSDT in 1HR timeframe turns to bearish mode

ETH is currently trading at Resistance in 1 hr & 1 day TF. If you see the chart of 1 HR TF then RSI clearly shows divergence with price.

Expecting price to touch around 1620 (200EMA support) from 1675 as a short term view. If I see the 1 day chart then also its weaker at resistance so expecting it to fall as overall trend is bearish and no high volume seen to break resistance.
