EUR/USD Long bull technical analysis

From a fundamental and technical point of view. Based on current situations in the US with the USD printing, stimulus, bonds rates etc, I don't believe USD will gain some positive weight soon this from a fundamental point and based on technical assumptions, I used fibonacci pattern, I would like to add that sticking to a long term weekly, biweekly bullish upward trend to fib 23. 6 levels before going further, is my main view.
