will EU go down to the 1H OB and make a push to the upside?

Price has swept IRL, i would like to see it go towards the ERL and clear the EQLs that has liquidity resting under it. The EQL is also an inducement area to me as the FVG and OBs are still unmitigated.

so in short,
price will go down to the OB before going up to the buyside liquidity .
