Sector industrial product.QOQ sales and profit decreasing for past 3 quarters,however increasing on YOY.Price just brokeout from strong horizontal resistant with higher than average volume.Noticed that smart money are buying this stock.Lets watch out for a new uptrend if this breakout is successful
