FRLF wedge breakout + strong fundamentals

This FRLF chart is quite a nice technical setup as a foundation for the upcoming hemp/CBD mania in the month of September and possibly extending through the first of January with further ballot initiatives. (Also for some reason, this chart feels like a NYSE/NASDAQ chart rather than an OTC chart, which is a good thing.)

We see a strong breakout of the huge wedge. I would have loved to see a retest (for technical reasons, but more importantly to fill more of my bids.), but sadly, I think it already did it's post-breakout consolidation before its strong green candle today. It just couldn't muster a low enough PPS to manage a true retest.

This is both technically and fundamentally a strong buy. Thanks to the Bullish Horns team for alerting me to this ticker.
