FTSSF - $45m (CAD) financing secured for refinery restart
Glencore signed the definitive agreement for $45m (CAD) to restart First Cobalt's refinery in 2020. The refinery is the only permitted cobalt refinery in North America. $5m to restart and study expansion, then $40m to expand to 55 tpd in 2021.
