UK house prices seem to have topped and look likely to correct to uptrending support. If history repeats (like 2008) then it will take 19 months for the retracement to complete. If you are looking to buy a house in the UK then you are advised to wait until April 2024, and buy the bottom. If we enter a protracted recession / depression then house prices may fall to the 2008 high.
