i got wicked out of a profitable trade which made me emotional,
i should of went for a walk or did some meditation and reaffirmed my plan for confirmations to enter.

started to projecting were it was going rather then following my plan which was very gratful to me last week and this week.

i wont trade anymore today, but shall turn up with a postive mindset for tomorrow
