Notice the wick on the candle of the 16th of March.... which leads me to make a comparison to movement from January 16th through to February 7th.

Therefore short term short and then long towards 12400 and beyond.

Today we may see a drop towards 10835 followed by a retrace to around 11920-950 followed by a further drop towards 11720 or even 11500 later this week. Keep a close eye on price action!

Bear flag in progress....

The bear flag started forming early yesterday and reached the11'965 mark overnight. I expect it to reach 11'980 this morning for it to then drop to as low as 11720. As always, have your stops in!

DAX did not turn around at 11980 and the stop was triggered. It appears sufficiently bullish and unlikely to want to break down further.
