The chemical sector are showing positive move from past few trading session. GHCL established itself in diversified segment of Chemicals, Textiles and Consumer Products segments.
Fundamentally, may avoid the stock but technically price action will generate subsequent gain in short term view.
The technical analysis based on simple descending triangle breakout with volume and price above moving average of 20, 50, 100 & 200. The resistance level will be a hidden channel pattern at level of Rs.450.
Entry will be at retest of Rs. 450 or above Rs 450.
Stop Loss will be support level mentioned in charts and target as per price action & momentum.
