Flag consolidation in HBARBTC

HBARBTC seems to be consolidating in a flag. Entire price swings are enveloped within the two yellow dotted lines.

The candle close is enveloped within the green dotted lines.

Previous attempts to break previous resistance were rejected.

Seems to me that it's gearing up for another attempt. Is HBAR really ready to move once again?
