HOVR Range Breakout

HOVR will breakout soon towards the 1.57 or fall to the .5179 levels. I believe level 2 data is showing a great deal of buyers who will support the stock from falling to the declining support area so it is my belief that the current price of .88 - .93 is good for a short term buy.
