Opportunity to Add Shares Before Inovio Moves Above $3.00

I am holding a long position in Inovio (average cost ~$1.80). I fully expect this company to move much higher in 2014. Since my last chart (posted Dec 20th) (only 10 days ago), Inovio has moved up approximately ~30%. I think Inovio has much more room to run, but has shown a couple technical details that I'm hoping will provide an opportunity to add shares before the price moves through this very stubborn resistance level ($3.00).

Because of the nature of biotechs, I will not suggest a price target, but if things continue in the direction they have been going, Inovio is destined to see much higher numbers in the near future.
