I believe that intel is a relatively safe short both technically and fundamentally. With the Meltdown and Spectre vulnerabilities being the fundamental news.
Technically this pair is breaking out of a rising wedge. On the weekly level the MACD MA is crossing over as well which is a strong indicator of a change in trend.
I believe we could see a retracement to the 0.5 fibonacci level, or the 200 MA at the weekly level.
