IOTA not make assumptions (or puns)

It looks like IOTA is possibly working on a cup and handle formation. It looks like it is forming the handle.
If it can break out above $1.75 or so, I believe it will eventually land at around the $2.20- $2.25 mark.

This formation obviously failed to breakout. I believe that it will still hit that goal when it begins it's upward trek again.
