SEC filing

Have you guys read the companys SEC filing yesterday? 45 million common shares are being issued, not yet though. And if you read the risks assoiciated disclosure in SEC filing, the company can literally issue all kinds of securities that can be exchanged to common stocks and stock shares. The proceeds from these acrivities may also go places that will "not be beneficial to your investment". Oh man it can go down to 2$ too..
