IWM Idea - Inverse Head and Shoulders?

So, basically what I am calling for here is for an inverted head and shoulders pattern to finalize in IWM over the next year.

You can also see that it looks like it could also be reaching the summit of the right shoulder on a declining normal Head and Shoulders. Just saying.
