vix fix similar pattern to last major downtrend, ATR percent rank shrinking as well, expecting sudden expansion once its squeezed, bearish divergences printing and winning over the bullish ones, volatility decreasing during a downtrend confirming the trend. Down to 0.382 to -0.5 fib
