KBH - Short Setup

KBH here didnt quite get a fill to short at resistance but now breaking through trendlines and printing and H&S.

Indexes turning bearish.

Staggering into short positions.

Not advice.

Extremely frothy bounce at the open today and so my risk strategy is to not hope it backs down. I may re-enter when I see bearish candles but until the i'll G#FO of the way.

Could be a C wave perhaps to make a higher local high or double top.

High challenged already. This is why its important to exit quickly when you see impulsive PA against your position unless you have a very good reason not to. Also by exiting you give yourself the chance of an even better position without risking anything. Accept small losses.

Now it could be double top here but no way do I enter here unless there is some significant bearish PA as it could make a C wave higher high.

Looks like it is most likely double top C wave and so i'm slowly staggering back in.

Now forming quite a tight descending channel, its not looking floppy as it was before. I'm out.
