Price Following the Increase in Volume

Since December of 19' LLIVX has been on an uptrend. As we can see price is followed by volume! There is a lot of news about the new partnership and the possible expansion of the company's business. They are still short on cash and yet not profitable. This company has been established in 2017. Let me know your thoughts!
