Next chance for Cup (and maybe handle) on LTCBTC?

Still really new to TA. Would welcome your input to my ideas. I am sure I am still doing many many things wrong.
Might this be the next chance for a cup and handle on LTCBTC?

Seems like it is actually following the cup pattern smoothly. Let's see if it keeps up or breaks. One could almost suspect market manipulation, considering that LTCUSD and BTCUSD are both falling at the moment.
