1-Day Cloud and Indicators:
Cloud - We see an upcoming bull cloud on the horizon, but my question is will it be able to stay above the cloud until then.
Tenkan - We see a downward positioning for the fast moving average here.
Kijun - The slow moving average is steadily coasting into the cloud. The Kijun and cloud are the main areas of support for price. With the two of these existing around the same area, there isn't much to break a fall until price starts to interact with these two functions
"M" - It is important not to see what you want to see, but the "M" and "W" signals are quite popular. I try my best to eliminate emotion from my analysis, but the "M" is screaming at me here.
MACD - Fast moving average in the MACD seems to be angling itself to stay under the slow moving average with no intentions of a bull cross just yet
OBV - Volume seems to be upward trending again. These next few days will be important in determining direction after this recent plateau.
Bollinger Bands - Looks like we are coming into a period of "The Squeeze." It is going to be very important to monitor price action coming out of "The Squeeze" because that is historically the time of most volatility. It is important to watch the interaction with the SMA over the next few days. I am looking for which channel price action decides to play within.
Primary Concern:
I am going to be watching for volume throughout the next few weeks. After "The Squeeze" I will be looking for a direction paired with an increase in volume. I am currently bearish on this position.
