See callout bubbles. We’re not completely in the clear yet, but the price action so far today for LTC is looking promising. Price came right into our green highlighted area and we are seeing the bounce that we were expecting. How the heck could we have predicted that price would bounce this $250 level from over 3 days ago? I thought the general consensus amongst the crowd is, “Nobody can time the markets.” Hogwash. I call bullshit. All we need to do is to understand what supply and demand looks like on a price chart and know how to take advantage of opportunity when it presents itself.
Here’s what we’re looking at in today’s chart…:
Weak sellers brought price right into an area where the chart was telling us that big buyers would be waiting to buy (the big green candles on the left side of the chart). Professionally tailored suit and overpriced finance degree not required.
Overall, LTC is looking healthy. Still being real, anything can happen, but so far our analysis is playing out as expected. All good signs. No reason to sell yet.
