Targets for C&H patterns are calculated using the depth of the cup projected from the EL level, which is slightly above the left side's high (sell side) then fib levels are applied. I use the .382, .618 and the .786. If price goes higher, I look for sell signals and use the 1.618 and the 1.272 as possible T2.
