Laos’s power plant start operated and received payment from government. There have more than 60 power plants at Laos, there have no problem with collection but potential have delay on payment but never default. The power plant can generate 60-75m USD PAT + 20m USD form other business which represent EPS 0.61 with 12xPE shares price should worth RM 7.30
