Moonriver (MOVR): Time to load up some 'more' MOVR?!

A potential trade setup (clear & simple). RSI is hitting oversold region 1h/4h, but neutral on the daily. MOVR will eventually get on the move. I don't forsee a further downtrend, but time will tell.
