Can NBCC (India) Ltd move from 22.35 to 28?

As per my analysis, NBCC(India) Ltd NBCC is around the demand zone. Due to the current market conditions it might go a bit more downward, but then start moving upwards towards Target1.
Please do let me know in case my understanding is wrong.
