Following up on my previous idea, NEO is still looking bearish. After the formation of a pennant following the recent dip, it looks like NEO may be breaking out of that pennant to the negative side. Waiting and watching for potential support at previous levels around .00666 or .00647 BTC, but a failure from those supports could indicate a draw back to the next Fibonacci retracement level at .005 (see previous idea for full view of Fibonacci retracement levels).
