NEO indeed is a very strong coin coming into 2018, and IMO now would be generally a good buy. It may be to early to tell but I like to play with a little bit of risk...OOOPS did I say that! Yes I believe that risk can be taken with coins that have a good track record and as far as NEO goes so far so good.
For the technical analysis we prove our outlook on NEO being a good buy right now by looking at 3 MA's, The 7 (white line) 77 (blue line) 231(orange line). In the case of NEO you can see that the blue 77 went over the white 7 and that led to a pretty large dip in price.
Since then it has been trying to catch its balance, and we can see that just recently the 7 has curved upward and the 77 is coming back down, that means quick money is coming back in.
To add to the spectacular power this coin has we see that the 231 is going upwards to!! That means long term money is in this thing! I have a feeling that the beginning march will be a great time for NEO.
