NEPT May Have Found Bottom

On Fri 09/14, NEPT started putting in higher lows, and we appear to be entering a symmetrical triangle, indicating it has found a bottom. Will monitor through Monday to assess if the bullish trend continues, and if so, will start with a small initial long position.
