NHTC panic buys

I don't know what is going on in NHTC to be honest I didn't have time to look, but I saw numbers Id thought Id never see and just pulled up my level II and waited for the prices to seem to pause at that happened at 23.00. I took 100 shares, then put a stop in for 23.50 to add 100 more, when it hit 24.50 came back to 23.00 and then went back to 23.50 again I added another 100 at market which filled at 23.95.
