NIO has been consolidating within thisoennant as of recently, and with good news, NIO can run if it breaks above, similar to the move PLTR had a few weeks back. With strong numbers out and many upgrade PT's by banks as of lately, there is strong potential for NIO to run! Technicals prove this theory, as momentum seems like it's going to move up again, volume squeezed all of the shorts out, and RSI back down to support! Looking for a run up towards prep. ATH by Q1 end, and 80+ by the EOY!
