Symmetrical Triangle
Symmetrical Trangles can break either way. A period of consolidation and is considered a neutral pattern. Triangles can also be continuation patterns. NVAX has broken the upper trendline
Price cam up to form this so touch one is on the upper trendline. The 5th touch can be the charm but not always. This one broke the upper trendline on the 5th touch. Price can be dwelling in a triangle for quite some time. When it pushes to the apex, price is "squeezed" snd as a rule it will finally break one way othe other.
