Double Bottom in the making?

I read somewhere, it says "For a stock to double, it takes a lot of energy. In order to move higher, a stock either needs to correct or consolidate". Correction happened from 2-9/9, and consolidate to kill any remaining bear. Could 2 news (HCL Tech joins Nvidia and ARM acquisition) drive the price higher, hit those bears SL and price goes up even higher
