I"m not sure what if any affect dividend payouts have on this strategy, probably worth some analysis

i don't think the dividend payout had anything to do with anything, but this one is a negative data point. I don't really like these ones where the conversion line dips under then over the base line without the price action fully having gotten into or broken through the cloud; I see that as why this one failed
