More than 20% below High even with best quarterly results

Company is having good fundamentals and even with all time high sales, all time high profit the stock price is 20% below the previous high.
However as compared to historical PE company is overpriced.
We can wait for 2-3 consecutive green candle to confirm the trend reversals.
