PTLR ABOUT TO RISE

PTLR is in the buy zone and about to turn around. I am making a buy and taking profits at $16.60 when it passes 17.14 I am buying and taking profit again at $22.30 and again in the $26.50 ranch which it should be reversing..
History has shown us that resistance support are strong in these price ranges. We will see!
In this market it may bounce between the last and second level but eventually make it over $26.52.
